***Please note – Due to the intimate nature of Underwear & Hosiery we are not obliged to accept for return any worn/opened items/pairs unless there are manufacturing faults.***
1) Faulty Items
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt & inform us of the problem. You can return it within 7 days, unused in its original packaging for either a replacement or a full refund (including return postage costs).
Please note that our products such Gio, Cervin, Gerbe & Rago all undergo strict checks at the packaging stages at the manufacturers – so any faults, especially with hosiery, will be very unlikely.
The item must not have been worn and must be in its original, undamaged packaging, with the original tags, otherwise we reserve the right to withhold the refund.
2) Wrong Size/Change of Mind?
You may return an item for another size – if we have it!
You are responsible for the costs of returning & reposting the item. Until we receive the returned goods, they are your responsibility/property. For your protection and peace of mind we recommend you use a tracking delivery service. For exchanges, we recommend including a self-addressed and stamped pre-paid envelope with your return for quicker processing. The post office will help you if you are unsure.
Return the item to us in its original condition, with the original tags, in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The item must not have been worn – apart from for trying on purposes – otherwise we reserve the right to withhold the refund.
